R&D, Design & Prototyping
“Prototypes are engineered to eliminate production risks, not just to showcase appearance.”
In global supply chains, Time-to-Market is everything. A minor design flaw undetected at the start can lead to a catastrophic collapse of the mass-production line. We provide prototyping services that serve as a “Risk Roadmap” for your project.
- DFM (Design for Manufacturing) Analysis: We don’t just execute 3D files. Our engineers perform deep DFM audits to identify impossible geometries, inconsistent wall thicknesses, or potential stress points before any machine runs.
- Tolerance Stack-up Optimization: We analyze how tolerances accumulate in complex assemblies to ensure that components never jam or fit too loosely during mass assembly.
- Technical “Stress Testing”: Every prototype undergoes rigorous validation to confirm that the machining logic and material behavior align perfectly with design intent.
Technical Tolerances & Standards
- CNC Prototyping Tolerance: ± 0.01mm to ±0.02mm.
- Surface Roughness (Ra): 0.4 µm to 0.8 µm.
- Concentricity/Circularity: Within 0.01 mm.
THE COMMITMENT: We guarantee that our prototype data is a verified foundation for mass production. If a prototype passes validation but mass production fails due to inaccurate prototype modeling, we take full responsibility for tool re-engineering and schedule compensation.
