Spring-back & Distortion Control: Metal naturally “remembers” its shape. We use advanced K-Factor calculation software to compensate for spring-back, ensuring every bend angle is perfect.
Intelligent Welding Sequences: To prevent thermal warping, we utilize dedicated fixtures (Jigs) and symmetrical welding sequences to neutralize heat-induced stress.

Laser Cutting Tolerance: ±0.01mm.
Bending Angle Tolerance: ±0.50
